1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is damaged or defective upon arrival

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item is unused and in original condition

You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Requests made after 7 days may not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used items

  • Items damaged by misuse

  • Items returned without approval

  • Items without original packaging

  • Sale or discounted items (unless damaged or defective)

Due to the nature of our products, returned items must be in new condition.


3. Return Process

To request a return, please email us at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

We will review your request within 1–3 business days.

Do NOT return items without approval.


4. Refunds

If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Refund processing time:

  • Refund issued: 3–7 business days

  • Bank processing time: 5–10 business days

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the damage

We will offer:

  • Replacement, or

  • Full refund

at no extra cost.


6. Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, we will:

  • Send the correct item, or

  • Issue a full refund

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.


7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.


8. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.

After 12 hours, the order may already be processed and cannot be canceled.


9. Refund Approval

Velvnox reserves the right to refuse a refund if:

  • The item was used

  • The item was returned damaged

  • The return conditions were not met
