For wrists at 7.25\", the strap will sit on the first adjustment hole, leaving plenty of length to tuck under both keepers. For larger wrists around 8.5\", it will land on the second-to-last adjustment hole, giving just enough strap to fit under the first keeper, but not the second. Keep in mind that your preferred tightness and the size of your watch may affect the fit described here.
